Contact and submissions
When you submit a form we store the contact details and message you provide in a restricted inbox. We use them to respond and manage your enquiry or pitch. We do not ask for passport scans, payment details or sensitive health information. The default retention period is 180 days and administrators can configure it; scheduled cleanup requires the job runner to be operating.
Newsletter
Newsletter signup requires consent and email confirmation. Email addresses, consent dates and delivery records support subscription management and duplicate prevention. You can unsubscribe through the link in each newsletter. Minimal suppression information may be retained to prevent further marketing. Email delivery uses the SMTP provider configured by the operator.
Browser storage and optional services
The planning tools and motion preference use your browser’s local storage. Use Reset to remove planning data. Essential CMS session cookies are used for signed-in administration. Analytics is disabled by default. If configured, the Google tag loads only after you choose to allow analytics; you can change that choice in the footer. Optional Turnstile, if enabled, sends a challenge response to Cloudflare.
Your choices and contact
Contact hello@basecamp24.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We need enough information to verify the request. Do not send additional sensitive documents unless a suitable process has been agreed. Hosting and email providers process data to operate the service; the owner must publish their specific provider and legal details before launch.
