AT A GLANCE
A little context.
A world of possibility.
Look beyond the headline number of days and compare what each plan actually contains.
Put both plans into the same shape
Copy each itinerary into a simple day-by-day table. Include the arrival and departure days. Mark travel time separately from time at a destination. If one proposal counts a late arrival as a full sightseeing day, that will now be visible without needing to decide which proposal is “better.”
Compare inclusions line by line
Ask about accommodation category, meals, transfers, activities and the identity of the provider. Leave unanswered questions blank rather than assuming an inclusion. “Transport included” deserves a specific explanation of the journeys covered. Keep each answer beside the dated proposal it belongs to.
Look for the decisions you own
Note which choices remain flexible and which changes would have a cost or contractual consequence. Ask for terms in writing before agreeing. A customization promise is only useful when you understand what can be changed, when, and by whom.
Choose for your priorities
Return to the reason for the trip. More stops may mean less time in the places that matter to you. Send the unresolved questions as a short list so the provider can answer them directly. An enquiry through Basecamp24 starts a conversation; it does not reserve any part of either itinerary.
